It was officially announced (by my dear husband) that I am to take over the garage. This was one of the areas of the house I was really excited about. It’s finished with carpeting, electric, cable, and phone. But mostly, I was excited to finally have a place for all my craft stuff.
Even looking at the above picture, I see the bags on top of the bookcase, filled with chamisa, cota, and onion skins we gathered and have collected since fall, and I dream about the colorful wool skeins they will make.

Embarrassed, I must admit that all the plastic buckets are filled with wool. Eventually I would like to put up some shelving, but I want to do things slowly, since we will be in this house FOREVER (I hope).

I still have to figure out where to put my sewing machines, and started put away fabric. But can I tell you, I am so so so happy.
